Return & Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear and nightwear items are only eligible for return, refund, or exchange if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong size at the time of delivery.
